The bail bond process can be intimidating for someone who is unfamiliar with it. We aim to make the process as simple as possible for you so that you can worry about the more important things, such as time with your family and other arrangements. We are committed to remaining transparent so that all of your questions are answered and all of your concerns are addressed.
How Does It Work?
When your loved one is arrested, you will have to receive their booking number, bond amount, location, and charges. You will provide us with this information along with their full name, date of birth, place of residence, and other information. Once we receive this information, we will confirm the details with the jail that your loved one is currently held in. Once everyone agrees to the plan of repayment, your loved one will be bailed out.
The process can take around thirty minutes if all of the information is in order. We want to get your loved one out as fast as possible because we understand how difficult maintaining a life from inside jail can be. That is also why we never require you to show up to our office in person as we can perform the entire procedure on the phone.
You will have to pay a premium (some percentage of the total bail amount) upfront before the defendant is released and provide some form of collateral to ensure that the defendant shows up to their assigned court date.
